The Adobe® Creative Suite® team recognizes that certain in-house utilities, scripts, and tools may prove beneficial to IT professionals in the Enterprise community. The Enterprise IT Tools for the Creative Suite are designed to facilitate and simplify deployment and update management in enterprise settings.
We are releasing a number of these resources free of charge, but without an official support program. Like other technologies on Adobe Labs, these tools are not finished products, but rather beta or prototype utilities that may work in your particular environment.

The following list comprises all of the resources that are currently available to download. More tools/utilities may be added in the future.

- Who is the audience for the Exceptions Deployer Application and Remote Update Manager?
- IT administrators who have some familiarity with command line tools who are tasked with updating the Creative Suite in the Enterprise.
- Can I use the Exceptions Deployer Application and Remote Update Manager with CS 5.x installs?
- Yes, even though the Exceptions Deployer application and Remote Update Manager were released after AAMEE 3.0 and CS6 it can still be used with AAMEE 2.1 and CS 5.x. updates
- If I have disabled updates in my Application Manager Enterprise Edition (AAMEE) package can I still use Remote Update Manager?
- Yes, Remote Update Manager can be used regardless of wether or not the CS installs have updates enabled or disabled.
- Is the Remote Update Manager deployed automatically with AAMEE?
- No, it must be pushed out to the user's system using a deployment method.
- Why can't AAMEE create one singular MSI or PKG?
- The Creative Suite installers support three separate installer technologies which can be problematic during packaging.
