With Acrobat.com Presentations, you can:

  • Easily create your own professional presentations online, using built-in tools and layouts.
  • Simplify working with others on presentations. Create, revise, and collaborate on the same presentation at the same time -- all online. No need to e-mail attachments back and forth or track down who has the latest version.

  • Access your presentations from anywhere. Your presentation is always available online so you can do last minute tweaks, present it from wherever you are, or deliver it offline by exporting to Adobe PDF.

Features

  • Simultaneous editing — Work with others on the same presentation at the same time. Everyone you share your presentation with is a co-author and can add text, graphics, change the layouts or themes, etc. In addition, content and layout can be edited separately so one person can add content to the presentation while another person works on the design.
  • Collaborator awareness — See who has access to any presentation, when they are online viewing it, and even which slide they are editing.
  • Professional built-in themes and layouts — Take advantage of slide templates to format your entire presentation at once. Select custom colors or choose from one of the available color sets.
  • Easy and robust image placement — Add images to your slides with straightforward tools for sizing and placing, as well as automatic alignment. Simply import JPGs, PNGs, and GIFs from your computer and then re-size, rotate, or add special effects.
  • Built-in graphics — Create illustrations with a wide range of shapes such as circles, squares, chevrons, and arrows, a spectrum of colors, and effects such as gradient, shadow, glow, or reflection.
  • Video support — Easily include a video in FLV format to enhance your presentations.
  • Export — Export your presentations to PDF for hassle-free sharing and archiving.
  • Personal workspace — Because your presentations are stored online, you can access them from anywhere. Your personal workspace includes a variety of views, making it easy to organize your work and find the presentation you are looking for. And because your personal workspace is automatically updated with the status of your collaborators, you can easily see if any presentation has changed since you last viewed it.
