Known Issues
- During installation of the Community Help AIR application, please select "Open" in the installation dialog box to ensure proper configuration of the application. Clicking 'save' will result in an installation error.
- Intermittent installation issues have been seen on Windows 7.
- You may experience a time lag when downloading multiple books while downloading updates.
- Application alerts are not displayed when a PDF file is displayed in the content view.
- Download Preferences (packages) are saved and come into effect only after clicking the Done button in the Preferences window.
- The UI may freeze for a minute or so after integration completes when many packages are updated at once.
- The Delete button sometimes remains enabled for packages that have already been deleted. Clicking the button has no effect.
- The in-product PDF is not displayed when launched via the product. This works when the application is launched in stand alone mode.
- If you disable the network during a downloads, a blank download bar displays in the status for the package on the local content tab in offline mode.
- The Preferences window does not close if the main application window is closed.
- Maximized application window is restored when reinvoked via the product.
- A running application window sometimes does not get focus on subsequent invocations.
- Some Edit options (for example, Cut, Copy, and Paste) may not work (Macintosh only).
- Product drop down labels may be truncated in offline mode (Macintosh only).
- When the dock icon is clicked, the page refreshesd in the application (Macintosh only).
