This page contains a list of Flex 3 beta demo applications and sample code that will help you understand some of the things that you can do with Flex 3. We have also posted a number of videos that you can sit back and watch where our Flex development engineers will explain many of the important features in this release.

Adobe Demo Applications (Flex 3 beta 2)
The following sample applications will help you get started creating Flex 3 apps. Like Flex 3, these apps are also in beta and will be revised between now and the final release. You can right-click and "View Source" to see the source code.
Product Configurator
The configurator is a simple application that allows the user to choose options in order to create their very own custom bowling shirt.

Dashboard
The dashboard is a demo application which displays data using a pod layout. Data can be displayed using charts, forms, data grids and links. Layouts can be modified by dragging and dropping pods to a different location and minimizing, maximizing and restoring pod windows. Layout changes are saved using a local SharedObject. Layout data is loaded from /data/pods.xml with values in pod.xml indicating which data files to load for a particular pod.

Network Monitor
The network monitor is a demo application which displays devices from a network in multiple views. The three views are: network topology, device type and grid. Each device thumb displays real-time data and allows a user to click it for additional data.

Media Widget
The Adobe Media Widget is an embeddable media player created in Adobe Flex, that allows you to embed any of the supported media types into a web page.
