Mike - it looks like the Beta has a small change in Syntax - the -flexlib is replaced by -load-config, which must specify a config.xml.

java -jar flex/lib/mxmlc.jar -load-config flex/frameworks/flex-config.xml -file-specs hellomxml.mxml
