Check out the Blueprint Getting Started Guide for instructions on how to use Blueprint.
Blueprint is a plug-in for Flash Builder 4.7. You must have Flex Builder 3 or Flash Builder 4 installed in order to use Blueprint.
Update 11/5: Blueprint is only supported on Mac. Windows users can install Blueprint however we are no longer supporting that platform.
These instructions will show you how to install and update Blueprint directly from Flex Builder using the Eclipse Plugin Configurator.

Installing Blueprint - Step 1
Go to the Help > Software Updates > Find & Install
Installing Blueprint - Step 2
Select Search for new features to install and then click Next
Installing Blueprint - Step 3
Click on New Remote Site
In the dialog box type:
Name: blueprint
Flex Builder 3
URL: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/blueprint/
Flash Builder 4
URL: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/blueprint/fb4/
You should see a new site listed with the name blueprint. Click on Finish
Installing Blueprint - Step 4
A new dialog should appear shortly after you press Finish, that lists blueprint (see below).
Select blueprint and click Next.
Installing Blueprint - Step 5
After reading the license agreement, select I accept the terms in the license agreement and click Next
Installing Blueprint - Step 6
If you want to change the location of the Blueprint plugin, you can do so here.
Click Finish.
Don't worry about the Verification screen. Go ahead and click Install.
Congratulations! You have now installed Blueprint!

Update Blueprint
Go to the Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration
Select Blueprint from the list on the left and click on the Scan for Updates link on the right.
If there are new updates, Flex Builder will take you back to Step 4 (above) and you can continue with the installation of the update.
